東京から日帰りでルートを考えていると時間が足りない。知恵袋で教えてもらっている。いい回答があるやらどうやら。ないと困る。
基礎代謝を高めるために昨日からダンベルをやっている。継続して６５まで落としたい。現在は７０kg。腹筋も寝る前に２０回しようかな。あとは続くかどうか。英会話の勉強と並行して継続したい。
ドラマ　ｄｉｎｎｅｒにカトパンが出演していた。なんか不愉快。何もかも持ち合わせている人間を見ると不愉快になる。歪んだ性格をしている。
